BIM (Building Information Modelling) is a part of this ethos and is a workflow that strives to give clarity and structure to information and data transfer on construction projects, centered around a 3D BIM model. We have experience international working to the highest of BIM standards, ISO19650 and can see the benefits of embodying this approach on all our projects - from smallest of extensions, to largest of developments.

We're qualified drone pilots and have a video drone for use on projects, whether that be for photographic survey data, site montage photography or finalised project marketing and we also have 3D point cloud scanner ability, which we use to survey projects as part of our in-house surveying service - with a direct workflow into our modelling.
